SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

All Gift Vouchers will be automatically delivered via email to the intended recipient on the selected date or immediately after payment is received.

All Ready To Ship Pasties and Tassels will be marked for delivery or pick-up within 48 hours of receiving payment.


For Made To Order Pasties:

  • All Dainty, Glamour, Dazzle, Lovely & Starlight styles will require at a minimum 1-2 weeks for them to be created before shipping, so please allow 2-3 weeks before you require your order
  • All Bloom & Celestial styles will require at a minimum 2-4 weeks for them to be created before shipping, so please allow 4-6 weeks before you require your order

For Customise Me Pasties, as this will require back and forth consultation on concept, design, elements and more, this could require up to 4 weeks for them to be developed and/or created before shipping, so please allow up to 4-6 weeks before you require your order.

For Boom-Boom Pasties Merchandise (Tees/Crops/Mugs):
These orders are not process by the Boom-Boom Pasties website. These products are processed by third-party printing service, The Tshirt Mill - please see their shipping policy here.

ORDERS FOR DELIVERY
Any orders marked for delivery, local and international, are sent via AusPost and shipping prices are calculated at checkout for your delivery location.
Boom-Boom Pasties will provide an estimated delivery date, along with your AusPost tracking number once your order has been marked as ready to ship.
In general, for orders near capital cities in Australia, you should receive the order within 3-5 business days.

ORDERS FOR PICK-UP (this applies to the greater Melbourne, Australia area only)

A free pick-up service is available to customers located in the general Melbourne, Australia area. Chica Boom-Boom, owner of Boom-Boom Pasties, will contact you via email or social media direct message to organise a specific pick-up date and time once your order has been marked as ready for pick-up.

The location pick-up point that are available when selecting checkout is Maison Burlesque - Level 1, 48-50 Bridge Road, Richmond VIC 3121.
Chica Boom-Boom is also happy to organise a pick-up location in the Melbourne CBD area on weekdays if the Maison pick-up point is unavailable.

PLEASE NOTE: The location runs their own businesses and business hours and will not hold your online Boom-Boom Pasties order for you - you will meet directly with Chica Boom-Boom at your specific pick-up date and time at these locations once organised.
